1 - Deep-Dive Foundation session (80 minutes) 5 - Follow-up sessions (50 minutes)

This signature package is the best investment in yourself. From your goals, we create a personalized plan based on evidence-based resources in functional nutrition and mind/body modalities. DEEP-DIVE FOUNDATION session

1 - 80 minute session

This initial general, intensive session lays the groundwork for future change and transformation. Its the first “building block” for follow-up sessions. We review concerns, health goals, personal history and strengths. We look for clues and identify patterns that may be getting in the way of feeling your best and establish your “wellness vision”.

"FRIDGE & PANTRY Makeover”

1 - 90 minute session

"Healthify" fridge and pantry with healthier options of foods you love, for you and family. Personalized session great for boosting family wellness as you create easier environment to make healthier choices. Also helpful if transitioning to “gluten or dairy-free” lifestyle as I can help you identify hidden allergen sources and find great alternatives. Includes customized list of upgraded options.

"SWEET DREAMS" Sleep Intensive Package

“Wellness 101” for Thriving in the ‘New Normal’

1 - 80 minute session

This private session is an educational “crash course” in evidence-based lifestyle practices known to support immune health. Learn about the role of inflammation, importance of gut health and boost your self-efficacy when it comes to making choices that support healthy immune function. Great for individuals/ couples. Can be adapted for larger group. (Note, this is not medical advice).

+ How long will it take to see results?

Coaching is an individualized process and each client has goals at different goals at different stages of complexity. The goal for our work together is self-directed, positive and lasting change. Research shows it takes about 21 days for behavioral shifts and about 3 months for new habits to take hold , which is why I usually recommend working together for at least 2 - 3 months. For more complex situations, I may recommend additional time, depending on your goals.

+ How much time is involved?

We start with an initial 80-minute “Deep Dive Foundation Session”, where we review your goals, intake forms, complete history, and lay the groundwork for future change and transformation. Based on your preference, we then schedule weekly or bi-monthly 50-minute follow-up sessions where we track progress. Coaching is based around increasing your self-knowledge, improving awareness of your strengths and building your own self-efficacy. How much effort you put in between sessions will generally reflect the results you see.

+ Can I just do one session?

Occasionally there is a singular issue that comes up and requires troubleshooting. However, coaching is about achieving sustainable results and generally not effective as a "quick fix". It has likely taken years for us to end up where we are and therefore requires time and ongoing support to unravel old habits and create new ones.

Absolutely! A gluten-free lifestyle in the beginning be challenging for so many reasons. I can help you navigate hidden sources of gluten, eat more safely in restaurants and provide resources and support that make transitioning easier, healthier and even more fun.
